Delivery
Credit card and debit card payments may take up to 4 business days to clear, before your item can be processed for shipping. We will not process any orders to ship until we have received payment in full. Items are shipped daily with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and all holidays. We encourage you to completely and fully inspect all products at time of delivery. If any of your products are damaged or lost at the time of delivery, please notate damages and comments on the freight carrier delivery receipt before signing the final release. Any items that are damage must be refused at the time of delivery.If you do not notate any damages or lost freight before the driver leaves your location, your freight claim will not be paid by the freight carrier. We can not and will not guaranteed shipping arrivals or dates on any items. Refunds & Returns
Our company charges a 45% restocking fee on all returned store items(even if you refuse delivery) and cancel orders that are in production with the exception of software, custom furniture orders and ventilation hood systems. All ventilation hood systems and custom furniture orders are final. The refund amount will be fully refunded less our 45% restocking fee, freight charges and any additional delivery charges. You will be responsible for shipping cost as well as shipping the merchandise back to us. At stool-furniture.com we may sell and advertise "Free Shipping" on some items as part of a promotion, or a discounted shipping was offered, the delivery costs are always included in the price of our items and freight cost will be calculated when the refund for such items are process. After inspection and approval for such return is fully process, a email with all the costs involve will be sent to you. Please, do not assemble the furniture that you might be returning since furniture assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances and will void all refunds. You must contact our sales team to obtain a RMA number for all product returns. All items must be returned in original condition. We fully inspect all returned products to check for any damages prior to granting your refund request. If the order has arrived but you do not want to accept it for any reason, you have 7 days after delivery to request for an RMA number to return your product. After 7 days all sales are final and no refunds will be issue. No items will be accepted back at our warehouse without prior authorization.
