Consequently, the chairs you receive may not be a perfect color match. Similarly, there may be minor color variations in color from one chair to the next even though they are fabricated at the same time. We do not accept returns of chairs, barstools or table tops because the stain does not have a perfect match. Some color choices may occur an upcharge in price if the color is available. Fabric, vinyl colors and wood stain colors may vary slightly due to computer monitor settings.

Product Warranty:

The Manufacture provides the original purchaser one year structural warranty for its stackable metal chairs, wooden chairs, and other metal chairs from the date of the invoice date. The upholstery material should be under upholstery materials factory's warranty. The warranty does not cover apparent damage or wear caused by abusive or abnormal use or handling of the product. Any such misuse of the product will automatically void any warranty expressed or implied from any party. Freight damages or lost are not included in the product warranty.

More specifically, the following situations will automatically void such warranty:

*Tilt any chair while sitting on it.
*Rock any chair while sitting on it.
*Pull or slide any chair while sitting on it.
*Put fingers underneath any chair seat.
*Misleading informtion or false warranty claims.
*Stand on any product for any purpose.
*Exceed the maximum weight of 250 pounds on any chair.
*Expose any product to water, flame, gas, and excessive heat.
*Any other abnormal use or handling not mentioned above.

Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment	We accept and prefer MC, Visa, Discover, debit cards or AMEX as a form of payment only. We do not accept personal checks, C.O.D or paypal. Buyers who wish to pay by credit card will be email or fax a form within 72 hours. Your item or items can not be paid through eBay by clicking on, "Pay Now". All items must be paid in full within 6 days of purchasing. Any item or items that are not paid for after 6 days, will be automatically reported to eBay as a "unpaid item". Any item or items that are not paid for after 15 days, will be reported to eBay and will result in an "unpaid strike". Your item will be re-listed on the 15th day to be sold to the public. We do not place products on hold until a full payment has been paid. Any delay in payment may result in your product being sold to the next paying buyer.
Fees	State Taxes are applicable for an Georgia delivery address only. Some item may occur a handling charge. Please review all listings before buying.
Shipping	We ship worldwide with most products. Please review all listing to make sure the item is available to be ship in your area. All items are ship via Freight Carrier. Tracking numbers are provided upon request. Some local pick-up items will require a handling charge. We do offer combine shipping on some of our item. Any items that occur a problem with international customs is solely the buyer responsibility to resolved. We can give an estimated on delivery times, but we can not promise or confirm any dates. We are not responsible for any delay with delivery or lost freight after any item or items have left our place of business. All freight damages or lost freight must be handle by the freight carriers directly. If you schedule a local pick-up at one of our warehouses and you miss your appointment there will be a $75 per day storage fee posted to your order. This storgae fee will have to paid before you can pick-up your order or have it shipped.
Delivery	Credit card and debit card payments may take up to 4 business days to clear, before your item can be processed for shipping. We will not process any orders to ship until we have received payment in full. Items are shipped daily with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and all holidays. We encourage you to completely and fully inspect all products at time of delivery. If any products are damaged or lost at the time of delivery, please notate damages and comments on the freight carrier delivery receipt before signing the final release. If you do not notate any damages or lost freight before the driver leaves your location, your freight claim will not be paid by the freight carrier. We do not handle any freight claims. All freight claims must be handle with the freight carriers directly. We can not and will not guaranteed shipping arrivals or dates on any items. Customers that require additional services at the time of delivery will be charged collect by the freight company automatically.(Inside delivery, lift-gate service, re-delivery, non-commercial locations, limited access, etc.)
Refunds & Returns	Our company charges a 45% restocking fee on all returned store items(even if you refuse delivery) and cancel orders that are in production with the exception of software, custom furniture orders and ventilation hood systems. All ventilation hood systems and custom furniture orders are final. The refund amount will be fully refunded less our 45% restocking fee, freight charges and any additional delivery charges. You will be responsible for shipping cost as well as shipping the merchandise back to us. We may sell and advertise "Free Shipping" on some items as part of a promotion, or a discounted shipping was offered, the delivery costs are always included in the price of our items and freight cost will be calculated when the refund for such items are process. After inspection and approval for such return is fully process, a email with all the costs involve will be sent to you. Please, do not assemble the furniture that you might be returning since furniture assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances and will void all refunds. You must contact our sales team to obtain a RMA number for all product returns. All items must be returned in original condition. We fully inspect all returned products to check for any damages prior to granting your refund request. If the order has arrived but you do not want to accept it for any reason, you have 3 days after delivery to request for an RMA number to return your product. After 3 days all sales are final and no refunds will be issue. No items will be accepted back at our warehouse without prior company authorization.
