Q. Can I keep my current cell phone number?
A. Yes, you can transfer (port) your current cell phone number to any of the cell phones and any of the carrier's service (other than T-Mobile & Nextel) that we offer.
Q. When will I receive my new phone?
A. Once you apply and are approved for the wireless plan via the link we will send you, your phone is shipped within 24 hours via Fed Ex 2-day delivery.
Q. If for any reason I am not approved for the wireless service, can I get a refund?
A. Yes, if in the unfortunate case that the carrier does not approve your application for service, we will certainly refund the eBay fee that you have paid.
