Customer return. The pack looks like it was used a couple of times, however the waist plastic coupling is broken. It does still snap together and hold in place. If wanted High Sierra should be able to send you a replacement piece.

These cameras are mostly overstock, displays, camera returns or open box items. The prices of these cameras are up to 60% off regular retail price! We cannot warranty a camera unless we are notified of a defect within 3 days of delivery from us. This means contacting us through ebay. There are no exceptions!
