RETURN POLICY: Some games might not be in original shrink wrap because of mishandling of merchandise and had to be re-shrink wrapped.. Games are 100% new however and not played at all and for this reason no refunds or adjustments will be given on the notion that they might not be new. All games are new. No refunds unless significantly not as described.. Failure to read this policy will not be a reason for a refund either.

However if still not happy with item I will accept a return of the game minus shipping costs, minus 30% restocking fee. I take full care to make sure all items are new but some very minor blemishes might not have been noticed and are not adequate reason either for any kind of refund. However all parties are encouraged to contact me for any reason. I answer mails every day or two.

- If an item has a defect or some detail was overlooked. contacting me to arrange an exchange or a refund will suffice ( Although all Items are checked for any defects or functionality It is rare that some detail may have been overlooked but contacting me to resolve any issues will be necesary.)

- Tried it out and was not as expected ( Once an item has been opened and played with it cannot be resold as brand new plus all the packaging would have been torn up)
- Packaging was not as expected ( Although it is rare some packages are not well treated and do not come in completely brand new manner but the item inside is as described, Brand New.)

When a return is accepted for a faulty item it will be exchanged if the item is in stock. For any other issues that are not listed here please contact me to resolve or inquire.
