Beautiful Red Mexican Bird of Paradise seeds

Red Mexican Bird of Paradise (Caesalpinia Pulcherrima)  A blaze of color is the best way to describe this incredible plant.  Terminal orange-red flower clusters with a tinge of gold on the edges are a definite attention grabber.  Each flower is composed of 5 showy petals.  The prominent 6 inch long stames are also red.  Very attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds.  Mexican Bird of Paradise grows 6-10 feet in height and width.  Hardy in zones 7-10.  Will die down to the ground in cold weather only to return bigger and better next year.  Can be grown in large tubs in lower zones and overwintered in a frost free garage or greenhouse.  This auction is for 5 fresh seeds.  Germination tested.
