Damages:  Reports for damages must be made within 2 days of receipt of your item.  Once received please open your package and inspect the contents carefully and report any damage immediately to us by email.  We regret that we are not responsible for reports of damage made after 2 days of receipt of your item, it will be difficult to file a UPS claim at that time and we would not be reimbursed for the damages, therefore we cannot offer a refund.  Reports may require photos of the damage.
