There is not 100% similarity of goods between two pieces of same item as they are all hand made, the customer must accept 5 – 10% deviation from the actual picture, though we try to give the best quality.

3.)IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED WITH WHAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS SO THAT WE CAN PROCESS YOUR RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT, LESS SHIPPING and 20% restocking fees.

4.) The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product at your end and It should not be altered or tampered or used and should be in original packaging.
