SHIPPING: Shipping/handling charges for Diecast Car do vary for USA delivery (including APO, FPO) via USPS Priority Mail. The current shipping/handling charges are always listed at the top of each item's description page.  Depending on eBay promotions I could have Free Shiiping, Calculated (your must enter your zip code) Shipping and fixed price shipping charges. Shipping charges for Hat items is $5.99 for USA Delivery via USPS First Class Mail. 

For International Shipping, the shipping/handling charges for cars is based on the ship to country via USPS Priority Mail International.  International Mail for Hats is also via USPS First Class Mail, insurance is included.  

I do combine shipping if Diecast items can be shipped together as follows: 2nd Item $3.00 and for everyone there after. For Hats items it is $1.00 for the 2nd item and for everyone there after.  Combined shipping time line is 5 days from the end of the first item's auction.  I DO NOT combined shipping for diecast cars and hats together.

When items are shipped, a confirmation number is emailed to the purchaser. Insurance is recommended, but not required.

PLEASE NOTE: Once I release an item to the shipper (USPS), normally within 24hours of payment, I am no longer responsible for the item, which is why I recommend insurance be purchased.  International Insurance MUST be purchased thru Auctiva Checkout. 

Items are normally shipped within 1 business days after receipt of payment..

I will refund the purchase price of an item when requested, no questions asked. Shipping charges are not refundable.  If a refund is requested on an Advance (Pre) Order, I will refund purchase price immediately. When a refund is requested on a shipped item, the item is to be shipped back to me in the same box and the original condition that it was shipped. When the returned item is received I will process the refund.
If an item is received and an exchange is requested, I will ship the item exchanged for when I receive the original item back, in mint condtion, as it was originally shipped. When item is received, I will ship the replacement.  If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

I guarantee that you will receive all items from our virtual store in mint condition, in an unopened box, unless previously stated in the item description.  Every effort will be made for your item to be shipped within 48 hours, or less, whenever possible, after payment.  This is our guarantee to you, fellow NASCAR fans. This, of course, does not apply to advance (preorders) orders.
