This dollhouse scale miniature book(s) is for decorative or collective purposes and is NOT intended for reading. The 1:12 scale text inside is only decorative and is not legible.

Books only. Accessories and photo props are NOT included.

We use a 12 MP digital camera to take our pictures. Digital images may be larger than the actual item and the high resolution may pick up details that may not be visible to the naked eye.

Payment: We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover under the business names HLM Sales and Miniature Bookshelf. Payment is expected immediately. Any items paid for separately will be charged a $0.30 processing fee if you choose to have them shipped them together later (no exceptions).

Should you fail to pay within a reasonable amount of time, you will be blocked from future buying and a dispute will be filed.

Shipping: We ship Monday through Friday (excluding all US Federal holidays). Orders received after the mail has been picked up will not go out until the next business day.

All packages are shipped via USPS for a flat fee (unless otherwise specified). In most cases each additional book ships for FREE!!! Shipping includes the cost of the box, labels, bags and postage. We will combine shipping on items PAID TOGETHER only. Any items paid for separately will be shipped separately. Most of the dollhouse items are very small; please check the package carefully before throwing it away.

US Domestic mail usually takes 2-10 days. Occasionally, especially around holidays, packages may take longer to arrive. All US bound packages are shipped with a delivery confirmation number, which, in most cases, will be emailed to you upon shipment.

Insurance is optional for a small fee. A package is insured by a private company and is usually less than $1. Insurance covers packages damaged or lost in transit. It does not cover packages stolen from mailboxes or porches. We are not responsible for packages stolen or lost once it is scanned as delivered by the Post Office.

International Shipments: We can only provide you with a customs number and shipment date for your package. We do not provide tracking numbers. All packages are shipped via the Postal Service. We are not responsible for package delays due to customs or holidays. All tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. International packages take an average of 7-45 days depending on the location and season.

International shipments require additional time and resources (software). There is a small fee applied to the international shipping price to compensate for this.

Returns: We promise to provide you with a defect free product unless specified in the description. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving any defective or missing product to make a claim.

You have 3 days to change your mind about an item and send it back. You must e-mail us within 72 hrs and return the undamaged item within 7 days for a refund less shipping and handling and a 10% restocking fee.

Items returned damaged due to your actions will not receive a refund. Opening a book in an attempt to read it may damage it and it may not be eligible. Returning miniatures in an envelope may also damage them and they may not be eligible.

We do not refund shipping and handling costs and you are responsible for the return shipping. If you bought an item and received free shipping on your order, the cost of postage, packaging and processing will be deducted. If you received a free item with your order, that item must be returned in new condition or the price of that item will be deducted.

Free Bookstand Terms and Conditions: The stand will automatically be added to your order. You do not need to contact us. The FREE bookstand is NOT the same one that is shown in the listing. Color and size may vary with each stand. Visit our About Me page for a picture. Only orders with $25.00 or more in miniature books are eligible. Non-Book items do not count towards the minimum requirement. Multiple shipments do not count towards your minimum requirement. Each payment received counts as a separate shipment. Strict limit of one (1) stand per shipment.
