All bronze work is packaged very carefully and according to UPS guidelines Certificate of Authenticity included These frogs may have very minor flaws as they are man made. This is not to say they are damaged or anything outside of normal. The foundry does their very best to produce a quality product and I do my very best to inspect everyone to make sure they are up to gallery standard. If there is damage from shipping I will file a claim and together we will get you a refund from UPS or USPS. Please ask all questions prior to bidding.
