I have for purchase a New Extreme Cold Weather Parka & Hood and Used Liner in Very Good Condition, Also called (Fish Tail Parka)Size Small.  This is what the military used before Gortex.  This is Government issued for the military.  This coat is new so of course there are no cuts, rips, tears and all items are in excellent condition.
