We offer standard ground service, standard expedited service, and Next Day Air. We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS whichever is the most economical and efficent based on your zip code at the time of the order.
Our shipping costs reflect both the shipping costs and handling charges from our California warehouse.
Most orders ship within 1 business day once payment is recieved. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. Please allow for the proper delivery time for your order.
If you need your order expedited please select an expedited shipping method for a faster delivery time. Order's placed after 2:00 PM Pacific time will ship the following business day.
All orders must have verified funds from paypal and must be received in full before your order is processed. Please note that electronic checks can take up to 5 business days to clear through paypal.

For orders shipping internationally please allow for an average of 3-5 business days for shipping time. For standard International shipping the average shipping time is between 7-10 business days and for expedited service it is 3-5 business days.
In addition, Brands on Sale is not responsible for custom delays in any country. Individual customs departments can easily hold packages for several weeks if they feel the need. Although this is rare, we still do not have any control over this situation. We ask that international customers allow for some extra time so their package can properly clear customs.
Also please note that the customer is responsible for all custom fees, tariffs, quotas and any other fee imposed by the receiving country.

Exchanging Your Order

Receiving a Refund

- All domestic orders returned for refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee
- International orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee

Defective, Mis-Shipped, and Items Damaged in Transit
All costumes may be subject to minor cosmetic variations from vendor provided photos. Such discrepancies are held to be minor and do not reflect any difference in quality or style from the costume pictured. Minor variations from photo do not warrant a return.- Defective, damaged, and mis-shipped items are entitled to exchange
- Customers must notify Brands on Sale within 48 hours of receipt of defective or incorrect merchandise
- Failure to notify Brands on Sale within 48 hours will result in denial of return/exchange

Late Deliveries
- Expedited orders received late because of Brands on Sale error may be returned for a full refund

- All returns & exchanges must be post-marked within 3 days of the RMA being issued
- All refused delivery and returns without RMA# are subject to restocking fees
Refused/Undeliverable Orders & Un-Authorized Returns
- All refused or undeliverable orders as well as unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee if domestic
- International orders that are refused or undeliverable are subject to a 50% restocking fee
- Shipping charges are not elligible for refund
- Used items are not eligible for refund
- Items returned with proper authorization and RMA# are given priority processing over all refused, undeliverable, and unauthorized returns
- In addition to restock fee returns without RMA # may be subject to $25 fee
- If your order is returned without a clearly marked RMA# it will not receive priority processing
Order Cancellation
We pride ourselves on same-day shipping. Our shipping process is highly automated and extremely fast. All orders are picked, packed, and loaded on trucks within minutes of your order being placed. Because of this it is virtually impossible to cancel an order once it is placed. You can set up an exchange with one of our customer service representatives if you require a different item than the one you ordered.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Un-used and un-opened items from this list are not eligible for refund or exchange.- Costumes purchased during the month of October may not be returned after Halloween
