Returning Defective Items If you have an immediately defective item, you should email us to inform us you will be returning a defective item. The item must be returned within 14 days. You should send paperwork explaining what is wrong with the item. Buyer is responsible for sending item back. We recommend sending item back tru the US Postal Service the cheapest way possible with tracking. We will replace the item if available and ship it to you. Item must include original packaging. Misuse or used items will not be accepted for return. Items sent back for return which are not suitable or no longer required.
