Your AWESOME new t-shirt will be made as the image appears. Gifts by Design uses high quality pre-shrunk 100% cotton t-shirts. This listing is for one t-shirt. We have a variety of sizes and colors in our inventory. Please use the drop down menu above to place your order. The placement of the image may differ slightly from our listing image. This is due to the various garment sizes and the imaging for listing purposes. The watermarked image will not appear on your finished garment. PRODUCTION: Our shirts are made once ordered. Please allow a minimum of 2-3 business days for production. We use a professional quality heat press, we DO NOT hand iron our images. Hand ironing does not allow for proper temperature and pressure causing the images to fade and eventually to peel. We also have the capability to create a custom shirt for you. Shipping and Payment PAYMENT: I accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. All eChecks paid through PayPal will need to clear (4-5 days) prior to shipment. Please e-mail in advance of purchase if you would like to use an alternative form of payment for your purchase; payment must be received prior to shipping. We do not accept personal checks. All payments are due within seven days. Gifts by Design reports non-paying bidders. CALCULATED SHIPPING: Shipping and Handling charges for our apparel items are calculated based on current USPS postal rates to your shipping zip code. We do combine shipping costs. The first weighted item will be charged and $2.00 for each additional apparel item thereafter paid for in the same invoice. MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES: If you are purchasing several types of items from our store shipping can still be combined. Just be sure to abide by each items shipping and handling rates. International Customers: Shipping charges are calculated based on the current USPS postal rates. Our fees do not cover any customs fees. International packages sometime can take 30+ days to reach their final destination. RETURNS: Returns are accepted under the following conditions: - If an item is defective in anyway.
- If a wrong item was received.
- A mistake was made by us on a personalization.
If your return meets these conditions, we would be more than happy to replace the item. Please be prepared to return the original item.
