Shipping for this item is free which includes delivery confirmation. Insurance is now auto added to your purchase if total amount is over a certain amount. This is for both my protection and yours. I generally ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received or has cleared. I find it frustrating as an e-buyer when it takes forever for my package to arrive and do my best to avoid causing you similar angst. I use USPS priority mail which generally takes 2-3 business days to arrive. I truly feel that once you have made your purchase, I am under an obligation to get your items to you swiftly and am very happy to do so! Although our home is non smoking, some of the garments I am selling may have originally been exposed to smoke. We do have a cat and a dog and while they are not allowed to enter my e-bay area, they do follow me around relentlessly and a hair or two may inadvertently slip into your package. To the best of my personal knowledge, none of my garments have any weird smells. This is a non smoking household, there is no wood burning stove and I do not cook any intense ethnic meals. I also do not use anything with a fragrance to “spruce” clothing up (i.e. Fabric softener sheets). No flaws unless noted. When I list something that says NWOT, I know for a fact it is new without tags, I am not just speculating. EXCELLENT Previously washed/worn, but with no major signs of wash or wear, no flaws unless noted. This is where I might say "looks like it has never been worn." This vest is made of a DOUBLE layer of organic cotton, has a v-neckline and a single button front enclosure. ON the back, there is a rippie tie, mostly for decoration. This vest has roomy armholes and rounded side vents. This vest is in excellent condition and is hand stamped by the Blue Fish Artist. Size 3 approximate measurements: Length 28”, underarm to underarm 46“, Waist 52”, and Hips Open.
