We ship to the Continental 48 States Only at the listed Shipping Price.   Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska might be available but not at the listed price, it will likely cost more.  Please contact us for a shipping quote to Hawaii & Alaska before you purchase the item.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of all items if you change your mind within 72 hours of your receipt of the items.   We only accept back items in Brand New Unused Condition.  All items must be returned in their original sealed packaging. Items which are sealed in plastic that must be cut into to remove the items (toys, DVD's, Games, etc.) Can not be accepted back for a full refund, as we will not be able to resell the item as a new unopened product.   We will accept back all items for a full refund as long as they are unopened and sealed in the original condition that you recieved it.  If you change your mind and don't want it just don't open it and use it and then ask for a refund.  Best Buy, Target, and most major retailers have the same policy.   Its ok to change your mind and ask for a refund as long as you don't use it first and render it no longer a Brand New Item.

If the item is removed from a sealed package in such a way that it can not be returned in the exact way that it was received and can no longer be sold as new a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the returned item.   You can still return an opened and lightly used item in the first 72 hours but the re-stocking fee will be applied as we will not be able to sell it again as a new item.

Before you return any item please send us a message and we will provide directions on how to send it back.

All related shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For all items sold with FREE SHIPPING that are returned we will reduce the returned value of the item by $12.99

If an item is received broken or defective due to some manufacture defect or damaged durring shipping and we are notified immediatley after you receive it we will refund or replace the item, it will be your choice. Items that are broken during use can not be accepted back for a refund, we can not control how item are treated, if you break it its your.  For broken or defective items we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping voucher. All returned items should have either a UPS, USPS, Fedex etc tracking number if you provide us with it at the time of the return it greatly increase the speed of the refund. All refunds are paid within 48 hours of our receipt of the item back from you.
