MULTIPLE ITEMS and PAYMENT

We will GLADLY combine shipping for multiple orders and apply a SHIPPING DISCOUNT. As per the new eBay policy effective October 20. 2008, the only form of payment accepted is Pay-Pal. If you are buying multiple items, we will invoice you for all items after the auctions have closed. If the items you are bidding on do not end on the same day, Please email us stating the delay in payment, and we will professionally work with you as the buyer. Please wait to make payment until you have received the revised invoice including all winning auction items. We require payment within 48 hours after the auction ends and the final invoice has been sent to the buyer. This will also allow us to apply the Multiple Item Shipping Discount. Pick-up is still an option. If you have any concerns or complaints regarding this new policy, Please contact eBay direct.

SHIPPING, HANDLING and INSURANCE

It is against regulations to falsify customs forms for International Shipping. If your purchase is shipped to you through International Shipping, you as the buyer will be responsible for any and all custom charges. Once your purchase has been shipped, the transporting time is out of our hands, we are not responsible for shipping delay's etc.

Please keep in mind, we do not set the shipping cost. This is automatically done through the eBay shipping calculator. We as a seller do understand that shipping cost sometimes seem higher than buyer's would like, and the cost depends on the shipping zone from our location to your location. Please check the Ebay Shipping Calculator in the listing for a shipping total prior to bidding.  When leaving feedback, please keep this in mind. If you have any concerns regarding the shipping cost, Please remember that Pick-Up is still an option. We ship within (3) Business day's once full payment has been received from the buyer.  We do not ship over a weekend or a holiday, only Monday through Friday.  Please keep in mind, if you are the lucky winner and pay over a weekend or holiday,  your item will not ship until the new business week.

Bid with confidence, we will professionally wrap and secure your purchase for shipping. We currently charge an additional $5.00 fee to cover our shipping and packing supplies and required insurance. This fee is included in your shipping cost quote and will not be charged as an additional fee. Insurance is required if the item is breakable, a collectible, antique, vintage, jewelry or any item with a $25.00 or more selling price, then we require insurance. The insurance fee is also included in your shipping cost quote and will not be charged as an additional fee.

We do not leave feedback until we receive the buyer's. If there is an issue with your purchase, Please contact us PRIOR to leaving feedback. We will professionally work with you to resolve the issue. As a reminder, you have 3 days once the item has been received to contact us regarding the issue and 7 days to return the item to us once we have both agreed on the issue. Once the item is returned and we inspect it, we will then refund your money. Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise prior to return.
