Return Policy
We will accept returns on item(s) as long as the item(s) is returned in the original condition of which we sent the item(s) to you, and it is being returned with an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). We will not accept any packages returned to us without the RMA#.We must be notified within 7 days of receiving shipment that you would like to return the item(s). Once we have received the item(s) back and have deemed the item(s) to be in the original condition as we sent the item(s), we will then process your refund. Refunds will be given as money back via the original payment method.
We ask that you notify us via email within (7) seven days of receiving defective/damaged item(s). Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns (Unless item(s) have been deemed defective and/or damaged). A return shipping label (Seller provided) can be sent via email if deemed defective.
If your item(s) arrive damaged from shipping, we will file a damage/loss claim on your behalf with FedEx Ground to get a refund on the final value of the item(s) you have won. Please hold onto the item(s) and original packaging in its entirety while the claim is being processed. FedEx may need to inspect the original package and its contents for reimbursement! This is very important if you wish to receive compensation for damaged item(s) from FedEx!

Local Pick-Up
We have a local store front located in Madison, WI. If you are the winning bidder and are electing to do a local pick-up, we will still require that the payment be received within 7 days from the end of the auction. If payment has not been received within 7 days, we reserve the right to resell the item. If you are making payment via PayPal and you are a local bidder (within the state of which we operate), please request an invoice via eBay with your intentions to do a local pick-up so that we can remove shipping & handling charges (all local sales tax will apply). If payment has been made via PayPal, we ask that you pick-up your item(s) within 7 days or we reserve the right to apply a $2 per day storage fee (after the 7th day, and up to the 30th day). After 30 days, we will assume that you have elected not to pick up the item(s), and we will refund your payment (less the optional per day storage fee).
