This is an estate sale for a set of three bread and butter plates in the discontinued "Lancaster" pattern by Adams China, made in England. These plates are in the Lancaster pattern, made by Adams China. The pieces are white, with a design of red flowers and green leaves in a blue border. The Adams Lancaster pattern is similar to the company's Old Colonial pattern, which has also been discontinued; the pieces are often used interchangeably. Each plate measures about 6" across. The identification on the underside of the pieces is the newer stamp in the line's series. These three pieces have had only one owner, were rarely used, and are in pristine condition, with no stains, no cracks, no chips, no crazing. All sales are final, so please email with any questions before bidding. Buyer pays for shipping and handling: $8.00 for U.S. Priority Mail, including insurance, to any address in the United States. Buyers in other countries, please contact us for shipping fees. We do combine multiple purchases to reduce shipping costs. Payment is due no later than 24 hours after notification of auction’s end.
