We gladly accept PayPal. Simply complete eBay Checkout. Massachusetts residents
subject to 5% sales tax. Payments must be received within (7) days of agreeing
to purchase the item on eBay. Purchases for multiple items made through PayPal
must be paid for separately.

Shipping
Shipping to the contiguous United States is available on all products. Shipping
to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is available on products with CALCULATED
shipping rates only. If calculated shipping is available with this item, the
eBay shipping calculator included in this listing will determine your shipping
rate. We ship most of our products via UPS, but at our discretion we may use
USPS. International shipping is not currently available for any of our
products.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes (a street address is
required).
Orders are generally processed and shipped within two (2) business days of
payment. You will be notified via e-mail in the unlikely event your order is
delayed. In most cases, tracking numbers will be sent via e-mail after your
order has left the warehouse. IMPORTANT: Please be sure the shipping addresses
in your PayPal and eBay accounts are current. We cannot guarantee that notes
requesting a shipping address change sent with or after payment will be
processed before the item leaves our warehouse.
Note: We never intentionally profit from shipping charges. All shipping
charges are intended to represent our actual (or very close to actual) shipping
costs, which includes our substantial discount with UPS. In many cases, our
actual cost of shipping is higher than the shipping charges you are paying.
Combined Shipping At our Discretion
we may be able to offer a COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNT if requested. A combined
shipping discount and the discount amount given depends on the sizes of the
cartons of the products ordered. Items offered with Free Shipping are not
eligible for combined shipping discounts. Purchases of multiple units of the
same item with CALCULATED SHIPPING RATES already include a combined shipping
discount, so we are not able to offer additional discounts.
Local Pick-up
If you are making a local pick-up, it is very important that you call us at
least 24 hours in advance at 508-395-1988 so that your order can be processed
before you arrive. Local pick-ups are subject to 5% sales tax. Local pick-ups
must be picked up within seven (7) days of auction close. Local pick-ups can be
made Monday through Friday, by appointment only.
Return Policy We GUARANTEE your
satisfaction with a 14-DAY RETURN POLICY. If you are not satisfied and wish to
return your order for any reason, simply return it to us for a refund of your
original payment less our actual outbound shipping charges. All orders will
have the actual cost of shipping deducted, even those products that are
purchased with "Free Shipping". If your purchase includes "Free
Shipping" we will notify you of the actual shipping charges upon request.
To arrange for a return, contact us within (14) calendar days of receiving your
order and await a Return Material Authorization from our warehouse before
sending your order back to us. All returns must be repackaged in their original
shipping carton and include all manuals, hardware, and accessories included
with the original shipment. Returns missing any materials will be denied. Items
not repackaged properly and damaged in transit as a result, may be declined for
a refund, so please ensure safety in transit by using proper padding around.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to our warehouse when
returning a product. Refunds are generally issued within five (5) business days
of receiving your order back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued via the
original payment method. Product shortages or damages MUST be reported to us
within 3 business days after you receive your order. ALWAYS THOROUGHLY INSPECT
YOUR MERCHANDISE AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT TO MAKE SURE IT IS IN PROPER
PHYSICAL CONDITION AND CONTAINS ALL THE CORRECT COMPONENTS OF YOUR ORDER.
Unpaid Items Unpaid items will
be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be filed
with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.
