7 days after the buyer receives it | The buyer has 7 days to return an item that was purchased in error or does not fit your application. The buyer pays shipping fees. The item price will be refunded less a 15 percent restocking fee.
New electric parts must be in new condition for return. No scratches on the terminals.
Items received that are defective, other than any defects as stated in the listing description will be refunded. (Both price and shipping will be credited back to your Pay Pal account up to the paid amount.) Any additional reasonalbe shipping refund will be paid by credit or check as mutually agreed to.
Our items are marked for identity, returns of items without our security mark are not refundable.
Internaional customers shipments take longer to arrive because of customs and national policies. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
