Returns: Products may be returned only with the prior permission of Global Green Lighting, Inc. Each return shall include the GGL RMA #, which shall be obtained by phone or email stating the reason for return, the original invoice number and the quantity to be returned.
A 15% restocking charge applies to any item(s) being returned for refund. But this charge is waived if you exchange for something of equal or greater value or wish to have us issue credit for future purchases at our company.
