  • Combined Shipping. We charge regular shipping cost for the first item calculated per your preference and only $3.00 for each additional item for domestic orders and $5.00 for international.
  • International Shipping. All international customers must provide their phone number for the custom form. Canadian Fragrances orders will be shipped via UPS only all others via USPS. We ship international orders once a week so allow a little more time for orders to arrive. Most international orders arrives within two weeks but some cases depending on the country it takes a little longer. We don't sell and ship any item to Germany.
  • 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. We check every product before shipping to be 100% and to be as described. We will contact buyer for approval if the product is not 100% or not to be as described, before shipping or we will fully refund the money right a way, including the shipping cost. We will fully refund the cost of the unopened fragrances (cellophane wrapped fragrances and bath & body products). Opened none spray fragrances, after shaves and bath & body products will not be accepted for refund due to the health reasons. All opened spray fragrances for return must be in their original packaging undamaged and in resalable condition. 20% restocking fee will be charged to all opened spray fragrances for return. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost.
