30 days after the buyer receives it | RETURN POLICY
It is very important to us that our customers are happy with the quality of our products and customer service. We will be happy to accept returns for full credit on all our merchandise within 30 days of receipt up till December 20th.
How do I ensure a smooth return process?
1. Email us with your order confirmation number to set up a Return Authorization Number.
2. Include the packing list and completed return form, along with all materials in the original box.
3. Ship the original packaging box back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
The Return Authorization Number is required to process any returns. Products that are not in its original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be processed on or after December 20th.
How do I return defective products?
For returns on defective or incorrect products, please follow the steps above. You will be credited the return shipping cost. After receiving the returned products, we will ship replacement products to you.
What about products damaged during shipping?
Please contact us and we will speak with the carrier in order to resolve the issue.
