This membership allows you to sail all four boats from two locations, in essence all you want. Also the membership goes 365 days from the time that you sign up.
The boats themselves are kept operational from March to December.

Besides fuel, there is nothing else to spend; there are no other expenses and there is no security deposit.
You will find that other clubs such as SailTime and the Chesapeake Boating Club require a security deposit and are much more expensive.
Chesapeake even requires a $1000 non refundable one time depost, and other clubs like SailTime have an annual rate is often double what mine is, and double the density of sailors per boat.
My club covers dockage, maintenance, repairs, insurance, towing insurance, scuba bottom cleaning, hauliing and cleaning, and upgrades to the boats which are constant. Once you pay the initial fee, sail as much as you want.
The Tartan 34, Mariner 28 & NewPort 30 are in Annapolis in the general vicinity of the Naval Academy and Cantler's Restaurant.
The Mariner 28 is one hour from Washington D.C. at Flag Harbor. Flag Harbor is a full service marina with a travel lift, pool, air conditioned bathrooms with showers, covered barbecue area, and private beach for users of the marina.
