Payment and Checkout Info
PayPal is the ONLY payment method we allow at this time. Please note, that your PayPal account must be a US account.
We appreciate prompt payment and look forward to your business in the future. Please make your payment within the next six to eight hours so we can get the product out to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Info
We are not responsible for carrier transit time, which will depend on the shipping method selected and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit time may vary, particularly during peak periods or harsh weather conditions, and that delivery time frames will need to be extended for any processing time frames in excess of 1-2 business days.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES. WE ALSO DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, EXCEPT WHERE SPECIFICALLY STATED OTHERWISE. WE CANNOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS AND/OR HOLIDAYS.
Products from your order may ship separately from different warehouses to expedite your order. You may opt to receive all items at once or choose to combine multiple shipments, in which case the delivery transit time may extend up to 1-2 business days.
Return Policy
Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from delivery date.
In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Make sure you have everything listed below before contacting our RMA department.
- Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc)
- Original intact UPC barcodes
- Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- The return must be complete and include all accessories (power supplies, brackets, software disks, etc)
- Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc)
All returns that are not defective are shipped at buyer’s cost. Defective products must be shipped via ground to qualify for reimbursement. If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria, it will be rejected and shipped back to you at your cost.
The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.
All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products; we will replace them or credit your account based solely on our discretion. We reserve the right to test and qualify products as defective upon arrival to our RMA department.
Warranty
All Hardware components come with a standard one year warranty from their respective manufacturers. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
