The warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period for 180 days, eRoadsound will provide repair service. Even DOA item will be repired. This warranty is valid for original purchaser. Unfortunately, eRoadsound do not offer manufacturer's warranty because, we're not an authorized internet dealer. Even international buyer must return to us for service. Before returning defective item, please email us at eroadsound@gmail.com for RMA number. We do not offer returning item for REFUND. This sales is final. When buyer return defective item back to us for service, must ship it via carrier can be tracked at Buyer's expense.
