WARRANTY

• ONE-YEAR WARRANTY from the manufacturer. Should anything go wrong with your product, just contact the manufacturer and the item will be replaced or repaired for you according to the manufacturer's RMA procedures.

SHIPPING

• FREE within the contiguous USA, insurance is included. Please note that you MUST provide a street address for free shipping. If you provide a PO Box address, there is $10 shipping charge due to higher cost of delivery and insurance via USPS Priority Mail.
• Within the contiguous United States, we normally ship our products via FedEx Ground with a tracking number and insurance that will be purchased for your protection for FREE! If you need a faster shipping method, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-day delivery is available for an additional charge. Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and Puerto Rico residents, please email us for a quote to your state of residence. Your package will be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail and therefore, the rate will be higher than the one quoted for residents of continental United States. We generally DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes unless the item is very light (i.e. 1 pound or less).
• Products to international bidders will be shipped USPS Global Express Mail with a tracking number and insurance up to the value of the product. We are not responsible for any additional duties/taxes you may have to pay - we also will NOT label the parcel as "gift", please don't ask us to commit fraud.
• Products are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving and clearance of payment.
• We apologize, but due to previous problems, local pick-up is no longer an option.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. DOA does not cover misuse, abuse or buyer's inability to properly use and/or handle the particular item. LCDs are considered DOA with 10 or more dead pixels. Any request for adjustment must be received by us by e-mail within seven (7) days of your receipt of the product. Any equipment returned and found not to be defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee if refund is agreed to.
