Return Policy

At Home and Teatime Elegance we are dedicated to your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the item must be returned in the same condition as received within 7 business days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price – shipping costs are non-refundable. If a mistake was made in our error, then return shipping costs will also be refunded.  In order to avoid unnecessary returns or bid retractions, please read all descriptions carefully and email any questions before bidding.

Custom Made Orders Policy & Return Policy

All custom made requests will require a minimum of 50% deposit, paid through Pay Pal invoicing. The remaining balance owed is requested to be paid before shipping items. Please contact us for description information.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns on custom made items. However, we try to be fair and reasonable for our customers and will comply do to what we can in order to remedy any dissatisfaction, by which we will consider repair, exchange, or refund solely at our discretion.

Shipping & Handling

~ Will combine shipping costs for multiple-order purchases so please email us if you have a multiple-order purchase before you pay for an item – we will cheerfully send you one invoice for the combined shipping cost.

~ All items are immediately shipped out upon receipt of payment

 ~ All items are packaged with the utmost care in order to prevent damage upon delivery.

~ We use high-quality, low-cost packaging materials to keep shipping costs at a minimum

~ All shipping costs are calculated according to location, unless otherwise noted, and are shipped mainly via USPS. Handling fees are included in the shipping cost where applicable.

~ Insurance is required by buyer on shipments of any textiles, custom orders, breakables, or items exceeding $25.00; insurance may not be available for some international shipping.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. However, buyers are responsible for any custom fees, duties, and taxes. We accept payment through Papal. In countries where insurance is offered, then insurance is required. Because insurance is not offered in some countries, we can not be responsible for items lost in shipment.
