Graceful 14.5" tall tulip or "Tiffany" style candlestick has sterling nouveau overlay on base with complementary overlay on bobeche also (preferred in this style of candlestick)!   No dents or dings, no damage to bobeche from clumsy attempts at wax removal, marked STERLING (1906-June 1911 presumably).  NYS add sales tax or resale certificate.
