Please open and inspect your package immediately after receiving. All problems must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in new, resaleable condition. If items were individually packaged, they must be returned in original packaging. All used items will be refused a refund, and the customer will be responsible for shipping charges back to them.
All returns must first get an RMA # (return merchandise authorization) from Linentablecloths before return shipped. Any returns that we receive without an RMA # will be refused and returned to sender.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Order mistakes and defective merchandise will be replaced or money refunded and you will be reimbursed for your return shipping cost by ground shipping methods only.  We will not reimburse you for expedited return shipping expenses. If you need replacement items before the time period it will take for us to receive your return, inspect it and ship exchange or replacements (by ground shipping), you must purchase replacement merchandise and if need be, expedited shipping costs at your expense, since we will not, under any circumstances, ship replacement or exchange orders by expedited shipping methods.  If, after returns are inspected and found to have no defects or mistakes, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 
Exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee.
