Payment

FLB (Directfurniturenow) preferred payment method is PayPal. We will also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS by phone in order,  Payment is due within 5 days of auction close. If payment is not received after 5 days a non-paying bidder complaint will be filed. Shipping

Shipping is the biggest obstacle in selling furniture. We have years of experience in finding the best carriers at the best prices. We ship by UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Home Direct and other LTL freight. Depending on the item you are purchasing ( The eBay ad will specify Shipping info ) If the ad says Free shipping then no worries. If ad says to contact us for a free freight quote please do. Include Item # , ship to address, if you have a dock, and how many floors to go up, curbside or in home delivery.  We will need a contact phone # also.

Combined shipping discounts may be available for multiple items purchased at the same time, and shipped to the same address. Just call.  Some remote areas or areas with limited access may incur additional charges. Please contact us prior to bidding if you think you may live in one of these areas.

Orders usually take 1-5 business days to process. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be delivered by truck, 1 to 7 days by UPS and Fedex.  In the very rare event that an item is out of stock, please allow up to six weeks for delivery. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you immediately and give you the option of a full refund. But keep in mind that everything we list is in stock at the time of listing. 

Please contact us if your item arrives damaged. For smaller items we will send replacement parts or replace the entire item if needed. Items shipped freight must be inspected before signing the freight invoice. If there is visible damage to any of the cartons, please open and inspect the item(s) before the delivery driver leaves. Any damage must be noted on the freight invoice.

Terms of Sale

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase send the item back within 7 business days and we will happily refund your payment, if item is not as described, incomplete or broken and not repairable you will receive a full refund. Buyer’s remorse will be less the cost of shipping both ways. Items must be repackaged in original packaging and a 5% restocking fee will be applied. Please contact us for return authorization. Items damaged in transit will be repaired or replaced.

Although we always do our very best to make every transaction flawless, inevitably a small percentage may end up less than perfect. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We will do anything within reason to favorably resolve any issues.
