Seller's Note: We bought this for our old house which was much bigger than our new home.  The recliner is in perfect shape, no rips, stains, etc.  It's just overall too big for our little home.   Please do not hesitate to send us a best offer. Also, the chair comes apart into 2 pieces so it will fit in most cars (back seat) and suvs without any problems.

Comes from  the home of a serious clean freak :)
