Condition: Like New - Excellent

There are absolutely no flaws that I could find - no stains, rips, or tears, and the elastic is nice and tight.

The body is a gorgeous sapphire blue crushed velour.
The skirt has a beautiful blue shimmer to the black, and the back has an elegant square cutout along the neckline.
The skirt "v's" in the front and back - so flattering.

All my items come from a smoke-free, pet-free home.  No returns or exchanges unless an item has been extremely misrepresented.
I do my very best to provide you with honest, accurate descriptions and pictures.
