Shipping

• Our postage rates include the expense of shipping, handling and high quality packaging.
• We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
• Items are generally shipped out within 48 hours after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded.)
• The item will be sent via Hong Kong Post Air Mail from Hong Kong without tracking #. it will arrive in about 7-15 business days according to your location.

Warranty

• This product has Full One Year warranty. Buyers MUST contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period. **Please read our Return/Refund policy for details**
• Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.

Return/Refund

• We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned. We do not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number.
• Items should be returned with original packages.
• Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
• No refund accepted after 30 days of receipt.
• Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
• In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
• Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
