Shipping :

1.       Item will be shipped within 2 business days, buyer should get the package within 5-7 days in Canada.

2.       Will ship with Canada post in canada. If the item weight over 200g, and your address is in Canada, the buyer can get a tracking number.

3.       Local pickup is allowed, but will charge a handling fee of $2/each.

4.       International shipment will also be carried by Canada Post. It normally takes 9-12 business days to your address. No Tracking Number Provided. If you want your package to be tracked, you need to pay $15 more.  However, if you failed to get the item within 20 days, please inform us to have it sorted out.

5.       We cannot ship the item in weekend, we will do that at Monday.

6.       If your address is wrong, you have to pay the postage again for resent.

7.       We can offer a shipping discount on combined orders, you can get 20% off for the postage, if you buy 2 items or more.

Refund & Return :

1.        If you think the item is faulty or any problems else, please return it within 14 days for a full refund or replacement, any postage occurred is your responsibility. However, you can only get exchange beyond 14 days.
