Acceptable Forms of Payment & Policies: The only acceptable form of payment on Ebay.com is Paypal.com. We only accept confirmed verified payments from domestic and international bidders. Non-confirmed and un-verified paypal.com payments will not be accepted under any circumstances. All international bidders must make complete payment in US funds, and have a verified, confirmed Paypal.com shipping address.
Complete payment for all auctions and applicable fees are due within 7 days from the close of the auction. Further actions will be taken upon the completion of the 7 day payment period for non-payment of any item(s) won.
Sales Tax information: ALL California state residents are responsible for sales tax applicable to the purchase amount. California sales tax that is ommited from applicable orders will be charged an additional fee due to high reacurring Paypal.com fees.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Once a purchase is made it cannot be retracted by a purchaser. All Pro Authentics reserves the right to refuse or to accept any or all bids(whatever the method) by a client. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Unfortunately the nature of our industry does not accomidate this luxury.
Certificates of Authenticity and Our Guarantee: All autographed items are unconditionally guaranteed 100% authentic, this commitment includes a 110% full refund guarantee if the item is found, "LIKELY NOT GENUINE" via PSA/DNA. {OTHER AUTHENTICATION COMPANIES WILL NOT BE HONORED.} We provide COA's (Certificates of Authenticity), issued directly from All Pro Authentics, of our own design for all of our items. Some of our offerings are pre-authenticated and will be listed with an original PSA/DNA authentication number, a matching hologram, and with matching auction letter or full premium letter. Please read full item description to determine pre-authenticated items which feature COA/LOA upgrades.
Photographic 'Proof' Images: Images of athletes, celebrities, or other signees are included with ALL item(s) purchased unless otherwise noted within the item description. These images are posted to establish our access to the athletes and/or celebrities we have to offer in our diverse inventory. Items that have "exact proof" posted within the item description feature photographs of the athlete and/or celebrity signing the EXACT item that is being offered by All Pro Authentics. Most dealers offering autographed memorablia do not offer photographic proof or "exact proof" of the athletes and/or celebrities signing for their company. We at All Pro Authentics take pride in the fact that we offer a reliable confirmation of our access to the athletes and/or celebrities we offer in our inventory. All images will be included with each purchase at no extra charge!
Detailed Item Descriptions and Inventory Control: We, at All Pro Authentics, take professional quality, digital photograph images of each individual item, at various angles, for a clear visual references to our offerings. This ensures each item numerically/alpahabetically cataloged, extensively described, digitally photographed and will be the EXACT item that is posted, bid on, purchased, and received by the client.

Shipping and Handling Policy: All shipping and handling charges, either domestic or international, are clearly posted within each item summary and are not negotiable. The purchaser is responsible for adding the correct shipping and handling charges to their order, based on the detailed item summary and their location. Combined shipping and handling discounts are offered on items that can physically be combined, paid with ONE complete payment, purchased within the same 48 hour period, and while discounted promotional rates are not being offered. All discounts are null and void if more then ONE payment is received for items that you wish to have combined. Items will be shipped in no more than 3 business day from the date of purchase (Mon-Fri; excluding all US nationally observed holidays. Shipments are not processed on the weekends.) via USPS priority mail for all domestic orderes and USPS International Express mail, featuring FREE insurance of $100 in value, for all international orders. All clients will be promptly notified via email upon the shipment of their item. Insurance of the package is the responsible of the purchaser unless otherwise noted. Insurance of $2.00 per $50 is required for each purchase. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if full coverage insurance is not purchased.
