Postage/Shipping:

·           We ship your order within 2 working days (except weekends and Australian public holidays) after receiving your payments.

·           We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.

·           We check the quality of the items first before shipping. Nevertheless if you find it unsatisfactory, feel free to return to us under our return/exchange policy below.

·           Dispatch of goods is arranged through Australia Post.   

·           We cannot guarantee the delivery by normal mail. 

·           We recommend registered mail at additional AUD2.80 to get the assurance you will receive your purchases!

Unsatisfied with your purchase/Wrong size?  Want a refund/exchange?

·           Within 7 days upon receipt of your item, email us at thewoofshop at hotmail (dot)com to inform us your intention to exchange for other sizes, stating your Ebay ID and item number.  We need to check if we have the available sizes for exchange. If the size you want is no in stock, we are happy to refund you the item prices but not the shipping charges.

·           Kindly return the item in original packaging and send it back to us, preferably registered mail. We can only refund or exchange upon receipt of your original purchase. We will refund you the item's price (excluding the shipping costs to and fro).  We are not responsible for any item sent to us by normal mail.
