You are bidding on a brand new 30foot speed/agility ladder. This ladder unsnaps into two 15 foot ladders. You can use it as one long ladder or two separate ladders.    It is made of quality pvc blended plastic rungs and top quality webbing for the side rails.   The rungs are adjustable so its perfect for athletes of all ages. This ladder can be used indoors or outdoors. I will include a Free Training Video cd that demonstrates 21 of the most popular speed/agility drills.

 

We have four colors for you to choose from red, blue, yellow, or white. Choose the same color for the whole 30 feet or choose two different colors. Having a ladder with two or more colors allows you to train more effectively, example: Instruct the athlete to quickly adjust their footing to a different speed drill as they go into a different color. The athlete should not slow down when switching to the new drill. Visual cue training mimics what the athlete has to do on the field (react quickly to what they see). This particular color technique can be used with all ladder drills. It combines visual reaction training with speed/agility training.

  3. Two velcro straps to keep the ladder from tangling when stored
  4. Free Training Video CD: 21 drills being demonstrated by two college athletes. It demonstrates the drills at half speed and then demonstrates them a full speed. Video plays in computer CD ROM and select dvd players. Color of cd may vary, All the drills come on one cd. One cd per order. Great training for football, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, boxing, martial arts, tennis, softball, track and field, hurdles, sparq, chute, karate, running, jumping etc.....
