Theses beds have to travel a long way and, unfortunately, sometimes damage is incurred.  all items are insured with Fedex.  In the event that your item is damaged please notify us within 3 days so that we can make a claim with Fedex and replace the broken part.
Returns are accepted for items that have not been assembled and are in the original packaging.  Credit will be issued for the purcahsr price less a 25% re-stocking fee.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
