1961 Remco TIPSY TOWERS building set Nmt in box works

Here is a very rare battery operated board game that was made by REMCO TOY Company in 1961.  The game is complete and in Near Mint to Mint condition.  All the parts are present and in great shape.  The battery operated turn table works great.  The game is called TIPSY TOWERS "The Turn Table Building Game".  It included the original direction sheet.  The game comes in the original box which measures about 14 inches by 10 inches by 4 inches.  The box is complete and adds a great deal to the display value.  There is some edge wear on the base of the box and a little staining - still a very nice display. 

This game does not appear to have been played with very often if at all.  The original wood blocks are in super condition and come in the original plastic bag.  The game is played by with the turn table slowly spinning.  Each player in turn, adds a block onto the tower being built on the turn table.  If the player's block falls  off the turn table - that player is out of the game.
