The book on the left is McGuffeys Fouth Eclectic Reader - revised edition - copyright 1879 by Van Antwerp, Bragg & Co. - has some writing in it and pages have some aging and tears- overall fair condition for it age. Next one is The First Maritime Reader- illustrated - except for two stained pages the rest of the book is in good condition no rips or tears - back cover has wear. Last book is Illustrated Lessons of Our Language- how to speak and write correctly - by G.P. Quackenbos.LLD - 1879 - back cover wear - pages are fair to good with no rips or tears.
