 2)  "Shipping"* at the purchaser's expense. *Shipping by US Postal Service via Insured Priority Mail unless otherwise arranged beforehand.*

  (Please note that due to customs inspections and other reasons beyond my control, regardless of the shipping method used, it may take up to four to five weeks for your purchase to arrive at your destination.)  

 

 3)  eBay has determined that it is, or will be, necessary for every auction listing in this category to either quote a fixed amount for shipping or use the eBay Shipping Calculator in their auction listing. 

 Because of the manner which the eBay calculator operates, it is impossible for a seller to allow for the potential for different sizes and weights of packing which can occur because shipments to the U.S. can often be packed differently than for shipping to other countries. 

 Also I have recently been advised by potential purchasers that the amounts quoted by the eBay shipping calculator for "International" shipments apparently may not always be accurate. 

 Therefore if you wish to know the exact amount for shipping and handling to your address and/or your country, please contact me before you bid on this item. I will be happy to quote you a figure based on the amount quoted by the U.S. Postal Service website. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

 

 4) This item has a money-back return policy. 

 After you receive this item, if you find it is not as I have described it, you must notify me that you wish to return it to me, and your reason for the return, within 3 days of delivery to your address.  I will give you directions for returning it to me. My return address may be different than my address on file. (Do not return anything without first notifying me.) If you do not notify me before returning this item, your package may not reach me - or the package may be refused and returned to you. You are responsible for returning it safely to me.

 Once I receive the returned item I will immediately issue a refund (in the same form as your payment to me) of the auction sale price of the item to you. 

 

 After I have received your full payment - selling price plus shipping & handling - I will ship the item to you. 

 

 5)  I will only ship to addresses on file with eBay. 

 

 6)  I will combine shipping for all items purchased at the same time - unless other arrangements have been with the seller before bidding. 

 

 7)  INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS eBay TRANSACTION. 

 While I pack everything to the best of my ability, I cannot guarantee that your items will arrive in the same condition as when I sent them to you. If the item is received damaged in transit, you must submit your damage claim to the postal authorities.    If payment is not received within 3 days after the close of the auction, a Dispute will be filed - and the item will be re-listed.
