Charming Antique Hand held telescope that extends out to a little over 18". There is a lever that opens the lens to look through.
This is a great conversation piece to set on a desk hang on a wall or give the the person that has everything. I don't see any markings.

Circa 1900 to 1920 from a non smoking home.
