His education was meagre, much-interrupted, and virtually ended in 1878. After his parents separated in 1883, Lawson joined his mother in Sydney where towards the end of the 80s, he began to attract some attention as a writer of verse… This book is in very good used condition and has a few slightly dog-eared pages.
