Very unusual and interesting smock top!

Square neck with stacks of gathers above the bust.

Original altar boys top probably from the 60's.

All cotton, with label, label is faded, what I can get from it is P...C's Pty Ltd

Unreal lace.

EXCELLENT condition!

Wear it with different coloured belts over jeans!

Wear it as a maternity top.

Measurements:
