• All Auction Items suitable for posting must be paid for within 8 days of auction close. (Cheque/Postal Orders must be received by me within this period and you should email using ‘EBay’s Message Service’ to advise of payment status.
• I accept PAYPAL, Cheque and Postal Orders only.
• I prefer payment by PAYPAL.
• DO NOT SEND CASH OR ANYTHING ELSE.
• Any items I list with “Collection Only” can only be paid for by PAYPAL – and this must be within 2 days of auction close.
• If you have any special postal requirements you should email me BEFORE bidding to be sure these can be accommodated.
• I will always email winning bidders with invoices after the auctions.
• I will always email winning bidders to confirm payment receipt. 
• Items paid for by Cheque require 4 working days clearance before I post the item. Cheques are banked within 48 hrs of receiving so please accept a 6 day elapsed period before your item is posted.
• I always post your item(s) within 2 days of payment being received whenever possible. (Very Large items sometimes have to wait until the next Saturday after payment. I will email to advise if this is the case, or advise if problems arise such as Royal Mail industrial action.  Postal within 2 days applies after cheque clearance where payment is made by cheque).
• I always email you to confirm the date of Posting/the date the item was posted.
• I always obtain ‘Proof of Posting’.
• Please be aware that I cannot be held responsible for delays with the Royal Mail/ Parcelforce, but I will assist tracking of any items that are unusually long in delivery where I can.
• In the unlikely event that the item sold does not meet with the buyers expectations I will be happy to offer a full refund upon return of the item (in ‘as sold’ condition) within 5 days of receipt. The cost of return / return postage, must however be borne by the Buyer.  You must email me to advise of return reason and return date before doing so
• Failure to observe and pay in accordance with these terms will incur appropriate reporting to EBay.
