Payment
All Payments are due Seven,(7), days from the auction end. Send me an email if you are having problems making the payment in that time frame. I am always willing to work with my customers to make sure that we are both happy with the purchase.
Shipping
All items will be shipped within two to five business day's from the day of the confirmed payment.
International Buyers: Please do not ask us to alter or write a lower amount on the customs form. This is against the law and we will not comply with anything illegal or against eBay or PayPal Rules. Import duties and local taxes are between you and your government and you alone are completely responsible for those charges. It may or may not be charged upon delivery. Please inquire with your government before ordering if you are unsure about the rules for your country. We highly recommend Priority or Express mail. If First Class Mail is an option you are 100% responsible for lost or stolen mail.
MUST READ: Insurance. Fedex and UPS includes $100 insurance and free tracking. If your purchase is higher than $100 we recommend that you buy the optional insurance. USPS domestic priority mail does not include any insurance. USPS International Priority mail and Express mail include some insurance. For full coverage please buy the optional insurance. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transport we are not responsible for any loss once it has been shipped.
ATTENTION: Signature release. If Fedex, UPS or USPS leaves your package at your door we are NOT responsible for any theft. We will file a claim for you, but if it is denied there is nothing we can do. For an additional charge of $2.25 we can add signature release. You have to ask for and pay for this option. It is NOT added automatically because most customers want the package to be dropped at the door if they are not home.
Terms of Sale
You must contact me within Seven Day's of recieving the item with any problems! Otherwise, all sales are final and non-returnable. No warranty is implied or extended. All products are checked out to the best of my ability and are in good shape and/or working order unless otherwise specified. If you feel that the product does not match the description, and respond within seven business day's from the day you recieved the item, I will refund your final bid and original shipping cost upon delivery of the item back to me. The freight to ship the item back is the buyers responsibility.
I can be contacted through ebay mail for any reason. I generally check this at least twice a day and I will get back you as quickly as possible. The only stupid question, is the one you do not ask!
