The katana, or the Japanese long sword, refers to a specific type of curved, single-edged sword traditionally used by the Japanese samurai. The weapon was typically worn by members of the buke warrior class and represented the social power and personal honor of the samurai.

Check out this wonderful Last Samurai Dragon Katana Sword! It is a work of art and warfare being authentic replica of traditional samurai katana. It features a 46" overall length which is traditional length.

Samurais always considered that their swords possess a soul or an antique spirit that is why they gave special honor and respect to their swords. The presented black katana is a piece worthy to be worshiped!

It is characterized by unique still classical design and high quality performance. The high light of sword is the Blade – is a 440 stainless steel forged piece slightly curved to the tip. It bears a full golden tang (nakago). Japanese hieroglyphs are perfect ornaments engraved at the base of the blade (ken). Their meaning depicts main principles of samurai bushido (code), which are: Courtesy, Honor, Samurai Spirit, Battle, and Loyalty.

Another highlight is the hand guard (tsuba) – a wonderfully metal cast piece resembling an dragon(symbol of purity). Handle (tsuka) – is a solid black hardwood extra long confection, which is adorned with metal cast decorative elements. The blade is primed into a classical scabbard (saya) – a solid wood piece festooned with metal cast end caps and black cords. It is lacquered and shinny polished.
